No. There is no way to get again Bodykits with In-Game-Cash. It's patched for a lot of time.

EA.s got loads of loose screws, after patching for 3 years they havnt fixed even 20% of in game bugs.

well it sort of works.. but the bodykit you would have on car would pretty much say - "hi, please report me, i wanna get banned. being said that, its upto you.
why? simply because now the parts that you would get would be nameless, you must be familiar with bodykit names such as glint, verge etc etc, well with artmoney you would get a bodykit that is just " " yeah blank
