Well, the account is active because you didn't delete the account, you deleted the driver(s) on the account; I have never seen EA's NFSW DB so I can't tell if they simply change a column to say that has been disabled, or simply delete the whole driver, as I have heard, they actually use a delete on the driver, in said case there would be no way on retrieving that as on the database (DB) there will be absolutely no record of said driver; yet, if they change the value of a column, it would be a matter on changing that value to it's original state and then you would be getting your driver back.
