Question> help for: "If anybody delete unintentional her/his NFS W Driver"

Hello to every body
i need too help from all of you for my friend.
1.
If anybody delete his/her DRIVER.
How he/she can back that DRIVER?

2.
If somebody have my NFS Password, and he.she delete my DRIVER
how i can retrieve my DRIVER?

3.
If my DRIVER delete for an EA server bug,
How i can retrieve my DRIVER?

please explain and help for this three topic, and if occure (1 or 2 or 3) what i must do? explain about that, i mail to what person from NFS Forum admin, for support and answer to me?

As it is understood the data of your drivers, when they get deleted, get completely deleted from EA's database, meaning you can't retrieve that data.

Yet, this might not be accurate, in such case, all you can do is contact EA support and hope for them to be able to get that information, besides that, there is nothing that you -alone- can do regarding the situation.

but if they have Record Trash, maybe they can back it.

and please guide me how i contact with EA support? and how i can better do this?

In any of the three occasions above , you can't retrieve back the driver ! I and my friend were having the same problem and after contacting ea nothing happened ! They were keep telling us "...after 4 days,,after 1 week...etc" , and after 2 months now , still nothing !
If you want to give it a try you can contact them at ea origin page and customer support . Good luck !

I did that, deleted one of my drivers and lost quite a few cars because of that.After weeks of trying to recover it via customer support i finally gave up.If you delete your driver or someone else logs in and deletes it then it will be gone forever.EA will NOT help your recover it in any way no matter how much boost you buy.

If you get your driver deleted because of a bug or if you lose your cars cuz of the same reason (like the tensor bug) then again you will not be able to recover it.You may beg them weeks and weeks to help you get your driver back but the chances for that to happen are under sea level.

All you will do by contacting the customer support is to waste both your time and theirs as they wont raise a finger to help you fix your problems.

But you can macke an account whit TH lvl 50 and get cars cool whit that too you cant get account back from EA

that is the support page for EA, yet again, you won't be able to retrieve the information of the deleted drivers that were in that account.

RIP = Rest In Peace, basically is what we have told you so far, there will be no way on retrieving the information of your friend's old drivers as they get completely deleted from EA's database
