I have reviewed your e-mail and I understand that you are facing problem while login and getting error "Login Failed - Please try again". I understand how this could be confusing. To get this sorted please follow some general troubleshooting steps that can help you troubleshoot this issue.

First, be sure to disable any firewalls you have running.
• Software firewalls can simply be turned off, usually by right clicking on the icons near your clock and selecting “Close” or “Exit”.
• Hardware firewalls should be bypassed by going from the computer directly to your modem, skipping any router you may have.
• Try cycling the Power on your modem. For this, switch off your modem and leave it un-powered for about 5 minutes then re-start the modem, this should power cycle your modem. If you have Windows XP, there is a built in Firewall that we will want to disable. Please follow these steps to do so:

• Double click “My Network Places” on your Desktop or in your Start Menu
• Click “View Network Connections”
• Right click on “Local Area Connection” and Select “Properties”
• Click the “Advanced” tab
• Make sure to uncheck the box under “Internet Connection Firewall”

If you are able to connect after disabling any firewalls you have running, then this is definitely the cause of your trouble. If you wish to play the game with your firewall running, please add the game to exception list of your firewall.

Do I log into my account NFSW in the game, but when i click play the error: "Login Failed - please try again." Why is that? I googled and saw comments saying That due to the new server created some errors Appear in the game, some users They Could not play because of this error on login, this led to new server created problems for many players. I checked my profile on site: - and says That there're normal, my friends Looked at my pilot in the game and you're normal. Also I checked That site told me That a friend passed: - Found very cool. This is a bug myself, and I think it'll only be resolved with the next update. :/

dear if u have another account without hacks try it and u will see it works
but who used TH hack he will get banned , or already got banned like us

i hawe the same problem on 3 acounts say login faild pls try again is not a ban cos i don,t recive a ban email ,i need help or sugestion i try everithing and still dont work to log in ,.and all theat after last update

is not BANNN is a ******* server error

when you get banned you will recive a benn email but is not a ban is a server error from last update

and if server error must be for all drivers
and if server error EA mustn't tell us we start to ban drivers
