I am sharing my experiences as well, I tried it 10 times on Eagle Drive (Multiplayer) and got nothing, now I have to try it in private race to see if I ll get anything.

they will not see this unless somebody will tell EA about this bug...when u got pro parts the news will appear like this...
e.g. PLAYER1 has won a VELOCICOM TUNED ENGINE by finishing first in a EAGLE DRIVE multiplayer race!..

It's still working with the latest patch...I just tried 20 runs and it actually give me 1 pro part. I don't know if this bug's drop rate is higher than the gold card reward after you finish the whole run.

Everythings runnig just that now instead of getting more PRO parts I get AM parts 4 wheels in 6 races
