Open you cheat engine select process list NFSW.exe
click memory view
press Ctrl+G and enter "00661498"
right click, choose "replace with code that does nothing"
and the pursuit time freezes at 0:00
is this the real address??
I hope people who are good at cheat engine can help me point out the next step...

Start a pursuit. As time goes by, use cheat engine's speedhack and apply it to zero so the game will pause temporary.Set scan type to exact value and value type to float. Enter the time into "value" and press first scan. (make sure you convert your time into second, ex 1:05 is 65,) Switch back to normal speed x1, let the timer run for few second and pause again, recalculate the time and do the next scan...repeat those...
