There are some scripts in CE that hold em,You can hack time tagged,destroyed cops add heat level,add roadblock,spikestripes passed.So if you have all these and max them you will get MAX rep and cash you can get (Depends on your skills invested in some skill,that is in pursuit section).
I have add time,destroyed tagged cops and heat lvl but i cannot share them.
idk,i didint make it,i made in past patches but in some patch it got patched and i couldnt update my hack anymore.But 1 guy found a way and made it.And he shared with dev-team members and said not to share.so thats how i got it.

That's bad, I think I would use my Artmoney then... It's kinda hard to hunt for that F*** addresses, coz' the values changes everytime XD
