Introduction:
Hello everyone, basically, me and my friend want to start a server on our own, however, as you can see from my username and icon, I am not familiar with the game at all, especially those server development stuff. So what I am thinking, is that, running a server with a person, who is mature, capable at doing these complex server development stuff, and basically developing the server.
While your role is to develop the server, either on your own, or as a team, my job will be paying all the server expenses, you will be treated as a second 'owner' of the server after the development period.
Requirements
1) You are expected to have Skype and available for a reasonable amount of time each day.
2) You are expected to be developing the server at a reasonable speed.
3) You are expected to be above 16
4) You are expected to be able to work following my instruction
5) You are expected to have previous experience and has to be successful with them. (Proof is needed)
6) You have to be prepared to work with us long term, not just give up halfway and run away.
And other usual stuff, don't make me list them, use your common sense!

How you apply:
To apply for this awesome opportunity, you will need to submit your server's development proposal to me, via Skype, and a personal CV mainly based on your Minecraft achievements, proofs of previous server developments/projects can also be included here. Submit any additional documents if you wish, but this two is a MUST.
*All the people who have sent me the required documents will be given a chance and I will buy them a server for 1 month, and by checking your progress on a daily basis, I will select the server with the most potential to expend and further develop on.
