Chestcommands Gruppen

Hey ich habe ein problem. Bestimmt ist es ganz einfach aber ich komme nicht drauf. Im plugin chestcommands kann man ja ein command auf ein item setzen.

ich möchte gerne das wenn ein spieler ein item anklickt, in eine ander gruppe kommt. Mein command dafür ist:

'console: manuadd <player> Bronze <world>'

doch dann kommt immer: player not found

wie bekomme ich jetzt hin das ein spieler ohne groupmanager rechte trotzdem die gruppe bekommt?
