Nun gut, ich finde nicht, dass es unfair ist, dass man seine Cracked Server im Minecraft S.A. Bereich posten darf und publicen, da diese Server durch einen "gecrackten" Client gehostet werden, was wiederrum illegal ist.

Die Publicer der Spiele bestimmen selbst deren Regeln für die Spiele etc., somit hat alles einen Sinn, was erlaubt ist bei Spiel X, was wiederrum bei Spiel Y nicht erlaubt ist.
