Problem mit Account

Ich ahbe ein kleines Problem, ich habe einen Account bekommen (Metin2 account ^^) aber habe ein kleines Problem wegen der E-Mail..
also ich kann die E-mail nicht ändern und es steht bei Benutzerdaten dass hier:
Kann mir da irgendwer Helfen was ich machen muss??

Ps.: Als kleiner anreiz um mir zu Helfen: bei Erfolgreicher Hilfe gibts 20 THX
Ps².: habe KEINEN Zugriff auf die momentane oder Frühere E-Mail Adresse, hab den acc geschenkt bekommen

Gibt einen "email-bug" wo es sofort geändert wirde, der ist jedoch non pub bzw. nur ein Gerücht.
Sonst kannst du nix machen außer warten. Da gibt es ja so eine Zeitspanne von 7 Tagen?!

Da hat jemand die Email geändert.
Du musst auf die Email gehen und das Abbrechen.
Oder annehmen jenachdem.
Aber sonst kannst du leider nichts tun.
Kenne den Email bug. Down klappt 100%^^

new account problem

i created two seperate accounts to try and party with 4 dungeon runs.
when i go to log in *correct id and pass* i get the error of Incorrect id for some reason. I even re-installed 2moons thinking that could help. I honestly dunno why my 2 new accounts cannot log in at all on any servers. I even changed the passwords and made sure the Id was correctly spelled.
Can any1 suggest ideas for why this is happening?
