Hi all! I was in the game and everything was fine. Then my GF account crashed, and when I tried to log into my GF account it was written that it was blocked and I needed to contact support. At the same time, at that moment I was running as my character in the game. Has anyone had anything similar?

I had the same problem. After contacting the support, they unlocked me. It took about 1hr actually.

i have ste same problem , if you have not use external softare then just open a Tk at game force and they ill help you

It may take a while for support to assist you, but typically, you will be unlocked. This issue has been experienced by several players on both the new and old servers, and it's also known in various Discord channels.

mostly the "bans" are due to IP checks from what i noticed
usually also waiting 24 hours helps without opening a ticket

if you did nothing wrong you can open a ticket, but it sounds like a ban to me.
