i found on a site something that sounds very nice but some names are in germna and i dont know german that good; i tried to do as it said but it did not worked. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

I just say ... LoL ^^... but it is absolute nonsense, as a weak sense, every idiot idea if someone says to run 100 times around a house ... do you then also xD? Sorry no harm meant, but that is absolute nonsense.
