also immer wen ich meinen server starte

pw: ...
.-start machen kommt folgendes

Connect: Connection refused

was muss ich machen
PS: ich kann mich nicht einloggen Nichts geht...

.. da haste beim einstellen was faltsch gemacht !
bei freezilla & navicat
beim ändern .
es ist ratsam das man immer ein Backup macht .
