[RELEASE] Mob Proto Reader

Hello my friends,

Today I have something special for you, as a little foretaste to the contents from the Metin2 Mafia Service and normal Releases from the group.

The Mob Proto Reader, a tool to read and convert the mob_proto of official servers to .sql or .xml.

Why not use the old one from tim66613?
You can still use it an we'll probably publish an update so you can pack the mob_proto xml from this reader with tim's archiver. But tims archiver does not read all the contents of the mob_proto and has less possibilites for conversion.

Any other special features?
The program has a GUI



And all flags like race a read like they should

such dir doch einfach einen xml zu sql converter? gibt genug..
