You can find the maps in any client epk files. For instance, the Metin2 villages are in the following files: OutdoorA1.epk, OutdoorB1.epk, OutdoorC1.epk, OutdoorA3.epk, OutdoorB3.epk and OutdoorC3.epk. Just decrypt them and you get the maps xD

I dont like to make an ini File and .png images only for looking at my map.

You make a png file to edit your map, if you want to look at your you just try it it in game xD
Moreover, it's not mandatory to save a map, you can also import it to see the image and then close the program.

Also für alle die es immer noch verstehen :

Wenn ihr ein 4x4 Map habt das könnt ihr dann mit dem Programm laden und dann zur nur 1 PNG Datei convertieren und dann in photoshop oder sonst wo bearbeiten und müsst nicht jede Hight Datei öffnen und bearbeiten. Dann müsst ihr die ".ini" Datei die erstellt wurde wieder in dem Programm öffnen und dann wieder zur geteilten height.raw Dateien exportieren. Ihr könnt damit auch regen.txt erstellen oder server attr.

Erleichtert einem eine Menge Arbeit, denn das mit den ganzen
convertieren nervt total. Nun hat man alles in einem

I said that this release is very very usefull for a lot of people to convert
their pictures in Maps, but this programm dont creat maps, it only convert things for you. But its a really good work and i will use it the next time for my 16x16 map

This error has been fixed.

Version 1.3:

• Added the possibility to load maps with shadowmap.dds saved in PNG format (error written in the previous post)
• Added the possibility to export the map directly in a eix/epk archive for fast tests
• Added a small tool to compute the images size from map size and vice versa
