Everything is translated including cq_action . The only problem is that there is still no solution to the itemtype.dat problem which means if you use these files all descriptions and names of your items will be gibberish unless you use Paladin DB's itemtype.dat but if you do that the halloween and custom pets wont work. So its up to you to choose whether to use or not.
