Aber eher würde ich das Geld nach Afrika oder sonst wo hin spenden als das diesem Typen zu geben. (Gleiche zählt auch für diese anderen kleinen no-name Hostern)

My account had at the xertonia down 97€ and now nothing

@callmax, if you had an available account balance at the day of shutdown, you'll definitely have it on your account. You can ask any other customers and they will confirm that they have got the full amount available on their accounts.

why should we even trust this guy? he's shady..

think about it.. he claims that voxility took the servers from him, so how can he possibly have the data of howmuch money was left on each account? Even after claiming that voxility did this, he continued to host UndeadEmpire (Ginny/cupcake)'s server aka Metin2Undead as well as metin2united.

this guy goes a long way back, and has always been not worthy of our trust.. anyone who played or worked as staff in united knows.. and i know a little more than those people know about personal stuff regarding paul and i can garuntee you it's not worth it to trust this guy..

Already more then 30% of our customers returned within the first few days and all of them are happy with the service we're providing them.

@Pulp310, i know as well a lot about you but if you think that talking negative about other peoples private life will give you an advantage in your business, then you're mistaken. We know each other for a very long time and you're simple a looser who doesn't get anything done in his life besides talking trash about other people. You're a low life without any honor or respect. Just because all what you're starting in your life, in private or business fails for you...doesn't give you the right to talk bullshit about other people.

If people don't want to use our service, that's fine with us. If you or anyone you know had negative experience in the past with us then i deeply apologize for it.

However, if we wouldn't think that we could get the trust of our customers back by giving them their money back or simple providing this service again, we wouldn't have re-opened under a the same name.

So...to all "flamers" out there...why would we open Xertonia ones again if we wouldn't be sure it has success (what obviously is the case)??

About Voxility, all problems and misunderstandings has been cleared and if we wouldn't trust them to 100%, we wouldn't have open Xertonia again in cooperation with Voxility.

We trust them and Voxility is a safe harbor for any internet business you're planning.

Besides giving back all our customers their funds and providing a great service to them now, there is nothing else we can do about the fact we went down 6 month ago.

Everyone who doesn't like us, is entitled to his opinion but please keep it objective and don't spread lies about us.

For the people who do like us, you're very welcome to hosting with us again and we would be glad to have you as our customers back to the let it call Xertonia 2.0
