PLAYER_PER_ACCOUNT Error

I have a root server and i went to do ./start and when i did that i got this error

Does anyone know how to fix it?

maybe an account have the same id

i removed all accounts players and players from player_index

[Metronax]

and was then the same error message?

ya then i went back to my serverfiles i was using that worked and then they didnt work got the error
