Best pvp metin2 server?

I want to start a new pvp server. Whichs language ıs English. At trade vendor, everythıng should be sold, for example stat change,adding stat scroll etc.
Fast levelıng up, good admins, and not so much hackers.

What server do yuou suggest?

How will it be?

I found a server. In it:

-Unlimited changing stats
-Max hp 3000 for armor,shoes etc
-Everything is sold at trade vendor, for esxample changing ***,changing country, changing hair style, a lot of things.
-Also level 70 armors

I am looking for a server like that. Please help
