Server oldschool Vintage with max level30? or 50?

Hello Peoples of metin2 p.servers!
This morning I woke up with this idea, and I wanted to bring it to your attention to know if it would be appreciated or not !!

My idea is to structure a vintage oldschool server, with the maximum level 30, and maybe then unlock the levels later.
What do you think of this idea?
The server would be based on the first 30 levels and would be a vintage oldschool.

The only question is whether to stop at level 30, or to keep the maximum level of 50 in order to also include maps such as the valley or the desert.

What do you think about that?

Unloking levels and content time by time is never a good option in private servers, most of the people will play the first part and then leave because it gets boring, also consider that some of the players may not like the new stuff and leave ongoing.

If you really want to make a server like that just release it full with all the things at day 1.

Level 50 as a max. level would be interesting for PvP for sure but i think you should change some equipment and add some "end-game" intended as a lv50 farming (maybe for pvp gear?)

A pure 100% vintage server with a max. lv50 i cant see where i can have fun on that.

You could still do a middleschool and divide it into step or season, right?
Eventually split the game into various seasons, releasing with new seasons, new mount aesthetic sets etc ... Keeping metin2 maps and maybe creating some new dungeons.

However at lv50 you can very well do the pvp.
Indeed you could also remove the weapons with medium and skill, to make the pvp even more interesting.

I dont know about seasons but for sure to make it work you cant leave it 100% oldschool (even if im an oldschool addicted!) the only reason of that is because early stage on metin2 is super boring.

Back in 2011 (or 2012 not sure) there was an Hamachi server very well made similar to your idea, with a maximum level to 30 with only map1, map2 and the apes dungeon as available maps.

I remember they removed the level 30 special weapons (fms, rib, antique bells etc..) and instead placed the 40 ones (barbarian sword, giant axe, etc..) as a new level 30 weapons (final ones). Also small changes on earrings, shoes and other equipment to give people more customization for pvp and "help" more penalized races for low level pvp (white sura for example)

Why for you54 is better?

there is also in the official server people that stay in level 54/55 but not 50 and you dont need to make special equipment for level 50.
