Help with Owsap Files

i have problems with the owsap files. i do have the full version, but i can't installed it on my new server.. i have problems with compiling, i tried on root server but also on the freebsd 11.3 64 bit vdi, both i got the same message.. and also with client compiling.. it gives me an error message. i compiled with vs 2019.
