Is /dice server-sided?

Hi!
GF servers have a command, when you type in the chat /dice, everyone in your group sees in the cat "Name rolled the dice. He/She got NUMBER". Is the generated number generated on the server? If not, can you manipulate it?

Yes, it's a server command.
There's no way to change the result.
