Private Server Login

Hello guys,

I hope you're all well.

I have made a hamachi server as per a guide and after completing I can connect to the server with my full hamachi IP.

My friends can connect, but after the character select the login page is popped up for them.

I have increased RAM, re-did the server few times, updated the Free-BSD to the latest, quadruple checked the IP in the client, Hamachi allowed through antivirus, firewall, i also turned off windows firewall, we tried a lot of ports to open in portmap as well with the right ip adress.

The server file and the client are compatible.

Game version: 1337 (if it helps)

We have tried other server files, older ones, and still the same problem comes on.

In the client folder, syserr.txt NOTHINT what so ever.

Could someone help us in this, please?

Hey,

this is an well known issue that is related to the local network.
The easiest way to avoid such trouble is to buy a cheap VPS for just about 5€/month.

If you have access to the server sourcecode you could probably fix it by changing some lines, but I never did before.

I'll send you some external links and informations to fix it.
