Wrong username/password ban

Hi
I received a HWID ban from a pserver, and whenever I attempt to login it says wrong username or password

Did anyone experience this? And does anyone have a solution?

Things I tried:
- Changed IP address
- Changed MAC address
- Spoofed HWID (checked by wmic in cmd and it was spoofed)
- removed all sorts of temp files

You need to debug what kind of ressources the client is reading out from the registry. I guess it's basically a key made of several registry entries like "os install date".

It may not help for a metin2 client but e.g sandboxie is able to view that kind of data.

So, sandboxie doesn't work on a mt2 client?
I'll attempt it either ways, but if you have a specific method for me to try please let me know.

I tried sandboxie, client reads it as a VM and refuses to run

Update: Used Process Monitor, filtered the client and found tons of attempts to read registry values, but I have no idea how to read them

Maybe your password is too long (sometimes allowed on the homepage) and doesnt fit into the password-field on the client, resulting in you literally typing in the "wrong" password.

I thought so, and changed it to 6 numbers which is still not allowed
