Client charakternamen

Servus.

ich wollte einen Client für meine Files übersetzen und habe nun folgendes Problem.

Ich logge mich ein und bei der Charauswahl stehen keine Namen.
Status Gilde etc schon.

Logge ich.mich mit einem namenlosen Char ein, hängt er sich beim Ladebildschirm auf.

Wenn ich einen neuen Char erstellen will kommt "Charakter kann nicht erstellt werden".

Wisst ihr wo das Problem liegt?
