Metin2 server virtual box FTP problem

I have problem with connection my VB on FTP i write my ip with +100 root and password of root and nothing. I cant connect to files...

First of all FTP is not installed by default. Instead use SFTP.
Look if login as root is enabled in /etc/ssh/sshd_conf
Also look if your VM is connected to the right network.
