And when we make NPC cordonatele folder, or use the command (/warp cordonate)

How can I change not to get out of here when I teleport NPC in the map?

Good evening,

you need a Town.txt in your Mapfolder.
There you have to set cords for a teleport-point where you arrive on this map.
