[PROBLEM]Crash after choosing a character

Hello everyone, I have a problem, two of my friends does not connect to the server, arrive at the character screen, as soon as they click connect, it back of login screen, on their SYSERR there is only this string (which is also present in my SYSERR but with me work all):

0403 17:27:14591 :: invalid idx 0

I can not understand why but I think it's a client issue, although we have the same with the only difference of ip in root (I with 100 and their have full ip), in each case place the various SYSERR (i never know you can need ).

can you log in with their accounts and select a player?

maybe they are on a bugged map or something then try to reset the map index in the player table to one you know is working

marriage Monarch Monarch_candidacy Monarch_election quest safebox Messenger_list pet_name bootlog change_name command_log fish_log goldlog hackshield_log hack_crc_log hack_log levellog log loginlog loginlog2 offlinemsg pcbang_loginlog refinelog shout_log speed_hack and run clear.sh then reboot your server an log in with your account and try it
