Problem with C++ (Characters ?????)

Hello dear community,

I have seen on some servers a related problem with the source and the locale string... I have started to investigate and I have seen that in many sources characters "??? ????" appear and does not read the locale. I changed these characters by Koreans as the rest of the source but is giving error, this error appears when you want to exit the trade and server, but canceled.

I try all to fix this problem but the locale string are all right, i tried with de SG locale string, gameforge, and the other languages but the bug doesn't dissapear... I change some things in the source but I don't get fix. I also changed the source for others and still the same problem...
