Problem with player level.

hello community,
I'm facing a problem regarding level of player, if a player levels up to lets say lvl1 to lvl 10 after he relogs he becomes lvl 1.
its something like sever is reading but not saving.
Anyone knows what could be the problem??
I'm using MySQL 5.6 and I have checked the privilege for player table too its 777.
