.DAT Files & Auto-Translate 12/02/2011 - Final Fantasy XIV - 3 Replies Has anyone looked into .DAT files and/or come across the location of auto-translate definitions?
The sound and model files are known, but I haven't seen any info about auto-translate except for h3lls battle log, and they've remarked: "It would be much better to be able to parse out the values from a resource file in game but I haven't found where they store these translations so for now it is a manual process." (all the way at the bottom). At a glance, that dictionary does appear to be solid...
