Problem with my server

Hi.

I have problem with my Metin2 Server. I upload new quest in game, change directory "cd /../usr/rain/channel/share_data/locale/hongkong/". The problem is when I write "sh make". <-- click!. What going on with my server? Who can help me ?

I would say, install the database neq, he says you have no access level,or you cant login, because account deleted.

I solved this problem used this:
" chmod -R 777 /usr/rain/channel/share_data/"

But I Have another:
When I used again "make", its shows:
"Segmentation fault (core dumped)"

What's going on?
