when i pass the 3rd floor, after killing all mobs, i face this stuation. when i move forward, i will be at normal 4. floor position. But metin stone stays at this position(in picture). what is the problem? i can only speak english. can you help me?

Was bringt die Quest?
- Noja, ihr könnt damit beitreten, die Spawns sind gemacht ( müsst ihr dann via Db mobmäßig einstellen ) und die Runs funken perfekt.
Wie siehts preismäßig aus?
- 25€ Paysafecard oder Equipment/Yang/IS Stuff auf Server 26 ( nur auf S26 ).
Wie kann man dir vertrauen?
