Mysql User erstellen und den Port ändern?

Hallo,

Da ich FreeBSD wegen falscher IP neuinstallieren musste, hab ich mir gedacht ich mach gleich den Mysql Server auf freebsd, dann kann ich die Configs lassen.

Also hier meine Fragen:

Wie erstellt man sich einen Mysql User mit Passwort?

Wie ändert man den Mysql Port auf FreeBSD?

Freue mich über hilfreiche Antworten!
