Runtime Error - P-Server

Guten Abend,

ich habe ein problem und zwar ist es der Runtime Error ..

Jedesmal wenn ich mich porte schließt sich mein Client..
Die Syserr sieht danach immer so aus :

Kann mir jemand evtll. weiterhelfen wie man den Runtime fixxt?
