Whoever the owner is, he cares for the toplist to a good extent. Reports are recognized, and so are feature requests.
In March 2013 I suggested to top-pserver the feature now called vuid to easily identify votes for a better, cleaner use of the toplist API (yes, in fact that was me, hence I was the first one who implemented this in our vote script - long before Pandora2).
The feature request was answered after less than a week and implented in days thereafter as well as published in the FAQ.
Several people in "my scope" filed reports and complaints to the toplist regarding pushing of servers and most of them were answered positively or at least with "I will look into this" and the servers were reset.
Just mind the tone, stay kind, and provide more than unfound accusations but certain signs supporting your claim.
Because you like me so much now, I just want to mention that Pandora2 has certainly been reported several times leading to the toplist admin even requesting a dump of IPs of our players. We provided plain IP lists of both Pandora2 and Poseidon2 (both were in a network back then) and the file was closed without a reset of our votes. Guess why.
Regarding the "traffic the toplist sends to you". This might apply for a page two-server and certainly to anything following that.
I just want to remind you of the chat we had before you started hating us when you were impressed by the obvious influence of the toplist on our website visitor count.
Don't blame Pandora2 for defending our position.

I once saw you - no joke - as a serious server owner staying calm and unbiased but you certainly lost that one.

First I don't hate you, actually I recommended your server several times, you are doing what is best for your purposes, what I dislike is your justifications and defense of the most fake toplist that ever existed.
Moreover you accuse me of being hot headed when you make huge flamewars over epvp everytime some server dares to send you to #2... I would like to see what you do if you got pushed down to second page by a bunch of servers that don't even exist.
And don't make me laugh saying that he cares about it, that "LongDong" and "RealEscape" shit has been there for years pushing the real servers down, and he just needs to spend 10 minutes every day to remove the fakes, but guess what, he doesn't.
The icing on the cake was when the daily playercount of WoM went from 1500 to 3200 (yes WoM has almost as many players as your server now) but our toplist position stayed on #12. It would be really funny to compare the servers playercount with their votes, but anyway anybody who has a brain (and is not profiting from the situation) can see its a joke without need for a deeper analysis.
Personally, I have removed our server from there, so there will be a thousand less people watching your banner everytime they vote. I only hope the new server owners realize that adding their server there is helping YOU and not them and do it in another toplist instead, such as *******************, which for now, is a much more realistic one.
