Change directory

Hi, I have a question:
How can I change the directory were locale.lua is placed?
For example locale.lua is in locale/germany/quest and I want to modify it to:
for example locale/germany/quest/lua_files/.

I opend the game core with Hxd and I have seen "%s/quest" I think "%s" is like a symlink, how can I change it?
