1 Pack Encryption! [HELP]

Hello guys...
Today i saw this client and i really wonder how the server owner has done this in his client. I mean he only has 1 pack in pack folder, and its not hidden. I have check it. Does anybody knows any tutorial or can tell me how to this?
I need to my server, i think its a very good way to secure your client!
