[HELP] DC after Character Selection

Can anyone help pls!
When people try to join my server , when they choose their Character they go back to the login screen(DC).
But i can log in with no problems no dc's at all.(from the computer with the server is hosted)
I've enable all the ports and disable firewall and just Don't get it.
I would really appreciate any kind of help.

What kind of server? Dedicated or Hamachi or something else?

this is a Server or Client Problem....

if u can , please tell me everything about your client(which client do u use) and so on.
maybe i can fix that problem..

BUMP please i really need some help i wantto put my server on but people can't join it, its a dedicated server (my notebook 24/7 ON).
I'm using Marcoss v3 files and cliente English Serverfiles all ports are okay, and opened.

I can select the character and join the game but people(my friends) after character selection they get a DC(they go back to the login screen) any kind of help will be grately appreciated.

I think they need a "SuraKopf.exe" to join.

Only cause ur Notebook is 24/7 on its not a dedicated server.

U are in an private network ( behind a router which give you a IP which is diffrent than your Public IP)

so other people need mc.exe / surakopf.exe

or

You have to insert a Dif into your game and edit the IP in the config file

I have a same problem here with a same SF and Cliente -> Invoice V3 Marcos

But i edite the file root -> Serverinfo and intrologin i change to my no-ip

i've sent you an skype request thanks for everyone that is trying to help me.
This is the only forum that is actually helping me, others one's like in my country for example just don't care, which is kinda sad.

aside from that the shura launcher gives me and my friends alot of erros (at least they can join the server) for example when they go to devil tower they get dc and their characters get bugged, cliente randomly shuts down and wierds bugs like that happen.
I'm running out on solutions, tried to open a bunch of differents ports on portmap and in my router, tried differentes clients same dc for my friends.
