Add a effect on Armor

Hello I want to add effect on Armor, Like blue dragon steel armor..
(epic 90 level armor)


How to add this effect on another armor ?

But I have already effects on 90 level blue armors. I need a add blueshining effect to another armor. Example new beta armors, I want add this to new armor. I look now files, if I cant make it by Myself, I tell here maybe some1 people help me.

Take the socket_pct of 90armor+0 and put it to beta armors+0 socket pct

Do so with +1,2...
