Searching for Team !

Hello epvp community !
I'm Andy , and i live in U.S.A for about 10 years but i was born in Romania and i have 24 years old.
Whatever .. this doesn't matter ^_^

I'm working on a big project from 3 months.So , i search for someone that can helps me because is too much for me, and yes , the project is a metin2 server.
I'm not talking about a 3 days server , i invested a lot of money in this project , i have host , domain and all is necessary.This server will be the most complete UltraFun server ever made and will be International 100% in English.I have a lot of resources and i'm working in metin2 domain from 3 years so i know a lot of things about this game.Is very hard for one man , to make The Server .. The homepage .. presentations .. trailers .. the forum and the other things. Well , i'm very good on serverside and on clientside , so i don't need help here...but i don't say NO because i'm sure that is someone better than me in this domain. On technical board part .. design and video maker i'm .. completly outside.. and finally

I'm searching for:
- Designers ( that can make renders , presentations and other )
- Board Administrators ( someone who knows to make a board from 0 )
- Video Maker ( a good person in trailer's domain and video editing )
- Game Masters ( Persons who can speak DE/EN/SK/CZ/RU/IT/ES LANG's )

And , because nothing is FREE , i offer in exchange a good place in the team and a sum of money for every service maked but for this i have some terms

Terms and conditions:
- Minimum 16 years
- At least two languages spoken ( English obligatory )
