You have not got proper libs, there are serveral threads to download them, search for libs metin2 + 32 or 64 bit

I made the dowonload of libraries, I already have the file "ld-elf.so.1" and same error continues, what can I do? thanks

You also have to edit your start.sh to point to the right path of the game-file or set the correct links...
