Does anyone have the right quest in order to do the right work as shown at the picture ? If you have it i'd be very grateful to you

I don't have the Qest for this work ,but maybee following helps you: You have to wirte a quest, that looks, what right the Person hast. Is it Low_Wizzard, High_Wizzard, Implementor and so on. If you wrote this in the form of a quest, the rest will be easy
