How to fix this hack over API

Hello, I have problem with server. Somebody shutdown my server, but p2p ports are blocked (firewall) and in CONFIG is
P2P_PORT: 25xxx (blocked in fw (port is closed to internet))
adminpage_ip: 10.0.0.5
adminpage_password: xxx1xxxx
adminpage_ip0: 10.0.0.5
adminpage_ip1: 10.0.0.5
adminpage_ip2: 10.0.0.5
adminpage_ip3: 10.0.0.5
admin_page_password: xxx1xxxxx

He can use all GM command (/i etc ..)
in syslog is
Oct 19 10:18:10 :: COMMAND: Maven: notice
Oct 19 10:18:17 :: COMMAND: Maven: shutdown

can somebody help me ? I pay some reward to somebody, who help me

The Command admin_page_password doesn't exists. The right Command are adminpage_password

ok I remove admin_page_password but adminpage_password: xxxx is in the CONFIG
and somebody shutdown server but i cant find how to fix it

hm hm, its mystery, because I read all info about apitool fix and i have all adjustments, which are in signpost .. all is blocked
