Help mit 3ds max stupid deforms

i need help with deforms... i made a witch hat for a new Halloween event but appear errors when i put animation.

i think it's from skeleton placed in work space... so i need a answer for this and for question; how to alineate models in 3ds max> (2008 or 2009)

please help or answer on skype to don't see anyone interesting this!!! i don't distribute this answer :d
