[Problem] Stones

Problem In Stones With I'm Add Stones To Weapon Or Armor
Always fails and give me
"Failed to add stone"

I try to Try this command
"add_socket 100"
But command only activates For Me
Who activates For All ??

and activates Automatic where restart server ??
