[Problem]Sonystyle Weapons

Hi ElitePVPers community!
I have a problem with the Sonystyle weapons.
I do all the steps, and when I get into the game, the weapons and the icons don't appear!
I did everything that was needed ( I think )

Can you tell me if it's correct?

Move "new_weapon.eix" and "new_weapon.epk" to "pack";
Open "Index" in "pack", write "new_weapon/" and save;
new_weapon
Extract "locale_it.eix" and "locale_it.epk", copy the text from "item_list" (the download one) to "item_list" (the original one), pack "locale_it.eix" and "locale_it.epk" and put them in "pack";
Extract "item_proto" and copy the text from "item_proto clientside" to "item_proto", pack it, and put it back in "pack";
Open Navicat, "player", "Query", "New Query", copy all the text from "item_proto serverside" to the Query, "Run", "Save As"...;
Reboot, login, "./start", "/etc/rc.d/netif restart"
Run the launcher, login, chose character, put code "/i 35009" and other codes to test...

NOTHING HAPPENS, IT'S THE SAME PROBLEM
