Hello, my server [ FreeBsd 7.2 etc.] have this problem (in syserr):
SYSERR: Jul 1 10:24:26 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:16500, could not connect.
How I can resolve that? I use
for check the port ( IP: 193.84.64.9 ) and is offline
