Gilde Logo Probleim bei P server

Hallo leute
Ich habe ein Prblem wen ich mein eigenes gilde
logos machen will steht immer zeichen12.
Hoffe könnt mir sagen was nicht stimmt.
Meine logos sond im .jpg format und sind 16x16 pix.
